Quick Self Check-In/Out
Upon your welcome arrival we have introduced a quick “SELF CHECK-IN” (after 2pm).
1. You will find your surname on a BLACKBOARD that indicates your UNIT NUMBER or we may text or email your unit number.
2. You will also see a FREE PHONE on the wall to the left of the “blackboard” directly to us for your 24 hour convenience – please use for any contact needed. 49466218.
3. Under the “free phone” is a grey KEY BOX with your key in it. The combination during the day is usually ready to go or can be obtained by calling us on the free phone.

Additional Notes
EARLY ARRIVALS please contact us either in advance or upon arrival – sometimes your unit may be ready before 2pm. We can look after your luggage/car until unit is ready.
PARKING is provided in front of the units, please follow the parking signs – larger cars to the left, smaller to the right and please be considerate of 2 cars per bay - how you park your car affects others. Maximum height 2.5metres.
PAYMENT is due the day of arrival. If your Credit Card details have been provided either directly or by on-line booking channels then these details will automatically be processed unless other details are advised prior to the day of arrival.
CHECK OUT time is 10am. Please drop your key off into the “KEYS PLEASE” hole under the blackboard. Thank you for staying with us!
LUGGAGE – When checking out we do have an ability for you to leave your bags with us if waiting for a later plane, train, bus, taxi, boat or even overnight. Similarly if you’re leaving on an early boat. Please make arrangement by our Free Phone the day before in both instances - you will need to take your luggage to reception. Storage is free but at “your own risk”. If you want to leave your car for an hour or 2 after “check out” that is also ok.
RECEPTION operates from time to time. With only 6 units we have no set times so a FREE PHONE for contact is set up. Our staff is in most mornings for direct assistance if need be. (If the Free Phone doesn’t work for some reason please try again as calls from it are our priority 24/7 or our contact numbers are also located under the blackboard or our business card with details is there too or under the TV in your unit). 07 49466218.
PLEASE NOTE : Our CHECK IN/OUT area is located up the driveway at the back left of KC’s Bar & Grill building (which is at the front of the property) and the units located separately behind.
Please note FIRE EVACUATION NOTICE on the kitchen wall. In case of emergency please assemble in front of “Reef Goddess” dress shop at right hand front of premises as you go out so that we can account for all persons. All persons must be registered with us so please advise all names. The back door handles always open from inside too in case of emergency.
We trust you have taken notice of our surrounding ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE advise on our website and all booking channels – we are subject to noises of being so central so if you’re a light sleeper or otherwise we trust you have factored this.
NOISE or disturbances from your unit will not be tolerated, Airlie Beach has a multitude of entertainment establishments so it is best to enjoy these and the units be a haven for all – decent units for decent people – so please be mindful of others when returning to your unit.
UPSTAIRS UNITS please note not to thump walking around on the floor nor to pace around your unit talking on a mobile phone as it will disturb those below.
BUSES TO/FROM AIRPORT – Whitsunday Coast / Proserpine Airport offer about 5 or more bus companies all about the same price of $30 per person one way – or slightly cheaper if you book return tickets. You can easily book a bus upon arrival at the airport or by phone or on-line in advance. It’s about a 40minute scenic drive through our sugarcane fields and tropical valley from the airport – but of course that will vary with the number of stops (smaller buses may have less stops?)
There are 2 bus stops in Airlie Central both at each end of town – we are in the middle – but the easiest stop for you to arrive would be outside “Hogs Breath Cafe” (opposite N.A.B.). When departing Airlie, the stop opposite this at “X-Base” is best. We are a 3 minute walk from both and you’ll find us on the inland side on the street just past McDonald’s with City Beach Surfwear driveway one of our two entrances.
Buses connect with all flights – due to flight changes there are no set bus timetables but bus companies must be contacted directly by you for confirmation of pick up times the day prior to your departure.

Restaurant on the premises “KC’s Bar & Grill” and within walking distance to so many more restaurants, cafes & takeaways.
Shopping next door commences at City Beach or Reef Goddess.
