Art Whitsunday has a variety of artworks by many local artists in a showroom behind McDonalds in the main street. Some souvenir shops display local art. Community Markets every Saturday from 7am to 1pm on the Airlie Foreshore, where locals and visitors meet and local arts and culture can be experienced. Also the Proserpine Museum (25km) displays much of the local history.
